<p><strong>Technical Project Manager – IT/OT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity</strong></p><p><strong> Salt Lake City, Utah</strong></p><p><strong> 6 Month Contract</strong></p><p><strong> Onsite</strong></p><p><strong> Rate: Negotiable, dependent upon experience </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are supporting a global manufacturing organisation on a major IT/OT remediation and infrastructure modernisation programme at their Salt Lake City manufacturing facility.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on Technical Project Manager role leading critical remediation, network refresh, infrastructure upgrades, and OT security improvements within a live manufacturing environment.</p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with plant leadership, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver secure and resilient operational technology and infrastructure improvements while minimising disruption to production operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of IT/OT remediation and infrastructure modernisation activities</li><li>Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk, and stabilisation activities</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for site leadership and operational stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate infrastructure refresh activities across networking, compute, and industrial connectivity environments</li><li>Oversee network upgrades including industrial switching, routing, wireless, and segmentation initiatives</li><li>Support compute and server infrastructure remediation including virtualization and edge systems</li><li>Manage structured cabling upgrades including copper and fibre installations</li><li>Ensure alignment with IT/OT separation, zoning, and segmentation strategies</li><li>Support OT cybersecurity remediation aligned to recognised frameworks including IEC 62443 and NIST</li><li>Coordinate vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and third-party delivery teams</li><li>Manage project budgets, CAPEX planning, forecasting, and cost control activities</li><li>Ensure implementation activities comply with plant safety and operational standards</li><li>Conduct solution reviews, fit-gap assessments, and remediation planning workshops</li><li>Manage change windows and minimise impact to manufacturing operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience delivering IT/OT infrastructure or remediation projects within manufacturing or industrial environments</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise networking, compute infrastructure, and industrial connectivity</li><li>Experience working within operational technology (OT) environments</li><li>Knowledge of OT security, segmentation, zoning, and industrial cybersecurity principles</li><li>Experience managing projects within live production or manufacturing facilities</li><li>Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and operational teams</li><li>Experience managing multiple vendors and delivery partners</li><li>Understanding of CAPEX governance, budgeting, and financial management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food manufacturing, or industrial sectors</li><li>Exposure to industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443 or NIST</li><li>Experience delivering infrastructure remediation or factory modernisation programmes within US manufacturing sites</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure and OT transformation programme within a complex manufacturing environment.</p>
