JOB DESCRIPTION The Hulu Social Media & Influencer Partnerships team is seeking a Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for executing influencer and celebrity partnerships that drive brand and content awareness, social engagement and reach among current and potential subscribers by creating dynamic, innovative creator content that authentically connects their audiences to the stories, talent and experiences shaping the Hulu brand. The ideal candidate will have experience with influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, social creative strategy, social analytics, and the entertainment industry. This person will be a strong communicator and collaborator, a creative thinker, have a positive attitude, a problem solver, have experience leading multiple campaigns at once, and be flexible with the ever-changing digital and streaming landscape. The position will report to the Director, Hulu Talent & Influencer Partnerships and work with teams across the ecosystem of Hulu, Disney Entertainment Television and The Walt Disney Company. WHAT YOU'LL DO Execute influencer and celebrity partnerships for Originals and Brand campaigns Manage campaigns from strategy to execution including but not limited to creative strategy and briefing, social platform and paid boosting strategy, partner criteria and selection, contract negotiations, asset review and edits, collecting additional feedback from necessary stakeholders, content rollout, and critical analysis of campaign performance Manage external agency partners to ensure Hulu continues to deliver best-in-class influencer and celebrity campaigns from strategy to creative production to fan engagement Serve as liaison for select talent and influencer partners, supporting overall relationship management Support influencer-forward events including premieres, launch events, screenings, press junkets, and set visits Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens and collaborates. This role works closely with Social, Marketing Strategy, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, and Legal Create presentations and stakeholder updates that effectively communicate campaign status and performance updates across internal teams Think big picture and contribute ideas that enhance how we collaborate with talent & influencer partners to ensure we’re maximizing reach and value-add opportunities that engage partners’ fanbases Analyze performance regularly and have a deep understanding of social metrics to produce postmortem campaign reports, ensuring the team is optimizing performance based on learnings WHAT TO BRING 5+ years of entertainment experience across influencer marketing, social creative strategy, and social analytics Experience working on social media asset production, social production shoots, branded partnerships, and events A proven and deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and consumer behaviors Track record of consistently measuring important metrics and KPIs against broader business objectives; understands how to leverage data to uncover new opportunities and insights Excellent judgment and partner management when working with influencers, celebrities, their representation (agents, managers, publicists) and internal stakeholders Strong negotiation skills Vast knowledge of influencer marketing including trends in the evolving business environment and the data and social metrics needed to demonstrate campaign success Great time management skills, organization skills, verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/strategic projects with ease Loves TV, film and all things entertainment, especially on Hulu and across TWDC brands Takes initiative on offering suggestions and solutions for team efficiency & process Experience producing and presenting campaigns and delivering results to internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Airtable and social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Traackr Education Bachelor's Degree Required The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $115,500 to $154,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
