As a CareTeam virtual nurse you will deliver high-quality, student-centered healthcare services through a telehealth model. This role combines the core responsibilities of a traditional school nurse with the innovation of telehealth pediatric care, ensuring students receive timely, accessible, and clinically sound services within the K–12 environment.</p><p><br></p><p>CareTeam nurses will work 100% remotely to conduct synchronous virtual assessments of students seeking walk-in, low acuity care and medication administration supervision at the school health office. All virtual work is conducted via our proprietary secure video conferencing platform and innovative remote patient monitoring technologies, assisted by on site paraprofessionals and student support staff.
