Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a resourceful, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while working from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments

  • Handle email correspondence and draft communications on behalf of senior leaders

  • Perform data entry, file management, and organization of digital documents

  • Conduct market research and summarize findings in easy-to-read reports

  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as requested

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content

  • Provide customer service support through email and chat when needed

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries

  • Track project milestones and maintain team task lists using productivity tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, or Asana
