In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Interactive Response Technology (IRT) vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects. Manage all aspects of the Interactive Response Technology (IRT) vendor relationships. Ensure successful delivery and execution of projects related to IRT. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with IRT vendors. Monitor and track vendor performance and escalate any issues as needed. Negotiate contracts and pricing with IRT vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select the most suitable IRT vendors for projects. Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective vendor management. Train and mentor team members on vendor management best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IRT technology and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets related to IRT vendor relationships. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including project managers and sponsors, to provide updates on vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements related to vendor relationships. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities with IRT vendors. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of IRT vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
