This role manages day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensures robust in-store execution, and supports the growth of the brands through compelling consumer product offerings.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage relationships with retail partners, especially Walmart</li><ul><li>Work with licensees to boost sales of licensed products</li><li>Focus on important categories such as Toys, Sporting Goods, Home, Accessories, Food & Beverage, and Essentials & Beauty</li></ul><li>Execute retail strategies across category responsibilities</li><li>Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution </li><li>Partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations in partnership with licensees </li><li>Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and retail placements </li><li>Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunities</li><li>Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, franchise) to support campaigns <br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>8+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development</li><li>Robust written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work autonomously with solid organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up</li><li>Deep knowledge of retail environments and merchandising strategies</li><li>Exemplary relationship management and communication skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience working with licensed brands or retail partnerships preferred </li><li>Working knowledge of entertainment, categories and/or retail industry a plus<br><br></li></ul>Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
