Summary: The Social Content Creator will be responsible for developing social media content that will live across the social media channels of a variety of location-based entertainment verticals and brands. This person will stay up to date on industry trends to ensure the company maintains a relevant and active social footprint.

Content Creation

  • Produce short form content to share on social channels in collaboration with the C reative T eam.
  • Develop social concepts and ideas for the company based on what is trending.
  • Develop short form content that aligns with business objectives , from specific campaign themes , to holiday promotions , and evergreen initiatives .
  • Develop short form social or static content across different categories such as bowling, lifestyle, food and beverage, and activities including waterparks , go-karting, mini - golf, virtual reality and more.
  • Work across multiple location-based entertainment verticals such as high-end entertainment venues, traditional bowling alleys, family friendly FEC venues, waterparks and more.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, graphic designers, and external talent to develop content.
  • Travel to events, photoshoots and companywide offsite locations as needed.

Collaborate & Innovate

  • Stay on top of viral social trends and pop culture moments to identify where there is crossover opportunities for our brands (AMF, Boomer’s Parks, Bowlero , Lucky Strike, Raging Waves and Big Kahunas).
  • Engage with relevant content on social channels.
  • Identify upcoming social networks and trends.

Organization & Tracking

  • Maintain an ongoing and organized list of content that is developed for each campaign.
  • Track performance of content by monitoring engagement and total reach.

Qualifications

  • Experience with social content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of social media performance tools.
  • Ability to capture and edit content using relevant f ilters and social tools .
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the company including internal stakeholders and graphic designers.

Education And Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Public Relations , or a related field.
  • 2 + years of experience in social media marketing for national brand channels.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com and Wrike.
  • Expertise in using social media channels including TikTok , Instagram, Meta and YouTube.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000-74,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
