Senior HR Generalist - Full-Spectrum HR Management (Lebanon-Based)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team at Progressive Technology. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and HR compliance. This is a Lebanon-based position that offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to drive impactful change in a fast-paced, innovative technology company. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and provide advice on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure the organization is compliant with all local labor laws, policies, and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Training & Development: Develop and facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with managing compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, salary surveys, and employee benefits administration.

  • HR Strategy & Reporting: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with company goals. Prepare and analyze HR reports to guide decision-making.

  • Policy Development: Create, review, and update HR policies to ensure they align with best practices and local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior generalist role, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.

Experience

  • At least 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of success in HR management and generalist responsibilities.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus, ideally in the tech industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects and initiatives.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time). Flexibility may be required based on project needs.
