  • The Senior eLearning & Digital Content Developer reports to the Sr Director, L&D This role designs and builds high‑quality, modern digital learning experiences that improve performance across Field Service, Scheduling, and Customer Care teams. The Developer role combines instructional design, multimedia production, and eLearning development to create engaging, accessible, and scalable learning solutions.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who excels at turning SME knowledge/content, workflows, and complex operational tasks into intuitive learning—microlearning, simulations, video, interactive guides, and digital job aids. The Developer contributes to and actively employes the team’s design standards, templates, and development best practices. This person is successful at working in close collaboration with L&D team members and business partners, while also working independently towards deadlines and in areas of expertise. Work may include simple module creation to more complex program development.
