Sales Manager Admin

Provides administrative support to multiple managers as well as Sales Professionals in order to meet business objectives and goals within the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple managers and Sales professionals through a variety of communication channels
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a dynamic Sales team
  • Ability to develop and build reports that assist Sales Managers in identifying key trends
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

CPS or one (1) year of college related courses.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous Sales Administration experience is preferred but not required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred. Experience in accounting, auditing, expense report auditing, or other detail-oriented administrative roles requiring financial review, accuracy, and compliance is also preferred.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $18.87 - $26.42 USD Hourly

Additional Details: This position is fully remote and may be performed from anywhere within the United States. The posting will close at the end of the day on July 30.
