RevOps & HubSpot Admin (Contractor, Part-Time)

Commitment: 15–25 hours per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a RevOps & HubSpot Admin Contractor to support our revenue operations systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping CRM data clean and processes efficient. You’ll maintain and improve our HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and related revenue tools to help our team operate smoothly and make better decisions.

This is a flexible part-time contractor position requiring roughly 15–25 hours per month.

What You’ll Do

  • CRM Administration:

    • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM data, pipelines, and workflows across Sales and Marketing Hubs.

    • Ensure data quality, consistent, and reliable reporting.

    • Manage user permissions, teams, and integrations.

  • RevOps Tooling:

    • Support, Troubleshoot, build, and document integrations across key RevOps tools (e.g. prospecting, enrichment, scheduling, and document management tools).

    • Help streamline lead capture and routing processes.

  • Automation & Workflow Management:

    • Build and maintain automations for lead management, deal tracking, and lifecycle stages.

    • Audit and refine existing workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Build and maintain dashboards that track key marketing and sales metrics.

    • Support ad hoc data requests and identify opportunities to improve reporting visibility.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in HubSpot administration, RevOps, or marketing operations.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, automations, and reports.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing CRM data hygiene.

  • Ability to collaborate remotely and communicate clearly across teams.

Compensation: $90 - $110 per hour (depending on experience),up to 25 hours per month as a max cap
