Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a talented and imaginative Remote Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing creative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and design compelling digital and print assets including banners, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.

  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

  • Design user-friendly web layouts, UI elements, and mobile app graphics that enhance user experience.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional outputs.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.

  • Revise and update designs based on team feedback and evolving project needs.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma or other wireframing tools.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.

  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print projects.

  • Ability to take a project from concept to final product with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house preferred).

  • Experience working in a remote, cross-functional team is a plus.

  • Previous work with tech companies or fast-paced startups is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST.

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).

  • Project-based flexibility for urgent design needs may be required occasionally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Capacity to accept feedback positively and implement creative solutions.
