About the Role

As our Remote Virtual Data Management Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our data accurate and up to date. In this position, you'll enter essential business details into our customer relationship management system, verify information, and help streamline processes. Key Responsibilities

Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.

Double-check and correct any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.

Organize incoming digital filesspreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachmentsand apply clear, consistent naming conventions.

Communicate with colleagues through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify any unclear or missing data points.

Run regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.

Offer ideas for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.

Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome).

Comfortable navigating cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skillsable to document issues clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

Self-starter mindset with the discipline to stay focused and productive without constant supervision.
