Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met • Coordinate with internal resources (Solution Advisors, Agents, technical resources, etc.) to ensure engagement objectives are achieved • Coordinate and sit in on customer meetings, ensuring reputed company parties have the information and context they need, including Solution Advisors, VP of Sales and even potentially the CEO..
