The role centers on driving strong, data-informed external communications through proactive media relations, rigorous measurement, and high‑quality content development. The position supports end‑to‑end media engagement – drafting press materials and background briefs, pitching and staffing interviews, and managing agency‑led press opportunities – while continuously monitoring and analyzing coverage to deliver clear insights and recommendations. A strong emphasis is placed on media measurement and reporting, with responsibility for monthly coverage reports, performance analysis, and using metrics to refine communication tactics.
