Every day is different; you will be working in all weather conditions carrying out a range of tasks across multiple sites to ensure the essential functions of our sewage treatment works operate to maintain the supply to our customers and protect the environment. Planned preventative maintenance of equipment to support the operation of the plant.<br><br>There has never been a better time to join our organisation as we build towards a greener future, tackling climate change, minimising our environmental impact and reducing our carbon footprint.<br><br><strong>What you’ll be doing as the Process Technician </strong><ul><li>Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience.</li><ul><li>Operating and cleaning plant and equipment (Such as large-scale pumps) to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained.</li><li>Isolate mechanical plant and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Attending to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.</li><li>Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks.</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Carrying out daily site checks to ensure compliant operation</li></ul><br><strong>Base Location: Abbey Mills SPS – E15 2RN</strong><br><br><strong>Working Pattern 38 Hours Monday - Friday 7:30 am – 15:36pm plus Standby rota (5-6 week rotation basis) payments & Overtime opportunities can increase your earning potential upon completion of essential company training</strong><br><br><strong>Due to the nature of this role you must hold a full UK driver's licence</strong><br><br><strong>What you should bring to the role</strong><br><br>To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need is:<ul><li>Be a self-motivated individual who can immerse themselves into the team around them, you need to be very disciplined, have the desire to learn from those around you and have a can-do attitude.
