Schedule

  • Thursday: 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Approximately 20 hours per week. This is an in-person position.

Position Overview

Aromas Med Spa is seeking an experienced, bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Doral team.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, and other biostimulatory treatments.

We are looking for a provider who combines excellent clinical skills with strong consultation and sales abilities. The candidate must be comfortable educating patients, recommending appropriate treatment plans, building trust, and converting consultations into treatments while maintaining ethical standards, patient safety, and realistic expectations.

Services Performed

  • Botox and other approved neurotoxins
  • Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
  • Lip augmentation
  • Cheek, chin, and jawline contouring
  • Facial balancing and full-face assessment
  • Sculptra
  • Radiesse
  • Other biostimulatory treatments
  • Follow-up appointments and treatment evaluations
  • Management of treatment-related concerns

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and medical assessments.
  • Evaluate patients’ anatomy, concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
  • Develop personalized and clinically appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform injectable procedures safely and according to the Medical Director’s protocols.
  • Explain treatment benefits, risks, limitations, expected results, alternatives, and aftercare.
  • Obtain and document informed consent before treatment.
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records, including treatment details, product information, lot numbers, clinical photographs, and follow-up notes.
  • Provide professional follow-up care and address patient concerns promptly.
  • Recommend additional treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare products when appropriate.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and provide an excellent patient experience.
  • Meet individual and company monthly production goals through ethical sales and high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and compliant treatment environment.
  • Collaborate with management, the front desk team, other providers, and the Medical Director.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Previous hands-on experience administering Botox, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers.
  • Experience performing Sculptra, Radiesse, and other biostimulatory treatments.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, contraindications, complications, and emergency protocols.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong consultation, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Comfortable discussing prices, treatment packages, memberships, and recommended treatment plans.
  • Professional, ethical, dependable, organized, motivated, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Eligibility for professional liability coverage.
  • Ability to provide professional references and examples of previous aesthetic work.

Compensation

  • $45 per hour
  • Additional monthly commission based on total eligible monthly sales and achievement of established production goals:
  • Tier 1: 2% commission
  • Tier 2: 5% commission
  • Tier 3: 8% commission

Once the applicable monthly sales tier is reached, the corresponding commission percentage is calculated on the provider’s total eligible monthly sales, according to Aromas Med Spa’s compensation plan and policies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced injector who is confident performing consultations and treatments, has a strong understanding of facial aesthetics, and knows how to recommend and sell services professionally.

We are seeking someone who is honest, responsible, sales-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to delivering safe, natural-looking, high-quality results.
