Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our remote workforce as Non-Phone Chat Moderators. This is a fully work-from-home position designed for individuals who prefer text-based communication and online moderation over voice calls. As a Chat Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment across our digital platforms by reviewing and responding to text-based interactions in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate text-based chats, forums, and online conversations to ensure compliance with community guidelines

  • Respond to user messages professionally, promptly, and accurately using pre-approved scripts and guidelines

  • Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content

  • Maintain a positive and respectful online environment for all users
