We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud to support various marketing initiatives. InDesign proficiency is essential to this role, as it will be used to produce high-quality proposals, brochures, and branded materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create project proposals by gathering the required information from team members, understanding client needs, and creating proposal documents.
  • Manage and organize asset library of photos, whitepapers, customer testimonials, and videos.
  • Assist with social media content calendar and creation of posts.
  • Branded merchandise coordination.
  • Proposal resume management.
  • Create case studies, newsletters, and other items as needed.
  • Event support.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth working knowledge of InDesign required.
  • Experience in a marketing or support role preferred (construction industry a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills. Professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
