As a Lead Associate, you’ll be at the core of our fastest delivery operation, enhancing customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, efficiently prioritizes tasks, demonstrates a willingness to learn, and maintains a commitment to delighting our customers.<br><br><strong>What It’s Like At Our Site(s)<br><br></strong><ul><li> Safety. Your safety is important to us, so we provide safe working conditions.</li><li> Surroundings. You'll be working in retail warehouse environment with various equipment– shopping carts, pallet jacks, stock dollies, and a variety of products, including food and alcoholic beverages. You'll also interact with our digital shopping technology.</li><li> Activity. Work involves frequent movement between different areas, standing while conducting most tasks, and some lifting. You may need to reach into coolers or freezers.</li><li> Noise level. Sound levels are minimal, what one would expect in a retail warehouse environment.</li><li> Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes are also required for safety. Additional protective and visibility gear may be required.</li><li> New site opening: If you’re applying to a site that hasn’t opened yet, you’ll help prepare the team for its first customer orders. This may include tasks like setting up shelving and unloading product deliveries.
