Your goal will be to expand the agency's client base and grow its book of business.</li><li>Networking & Community Engagement: Whether through community events, networking, or client referrals, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships within the community. You'll become a trusted resource for clients and prospects alike.</li><li>Cross-Selling & Client Care: You’ll be identifying opportunities to cross-sell Life & Health policies to existing Property & Casualty clients and vice versa. While this role involves limited customer service, you’ll ensure clients are well taken care of and receive the right coverage.</li><li>Collaborative Team Environment: While you’ll have the freedom to manage your own sales, you'll also be part of a tight-knit team. Not required. We pay for Licensing if you do not already possess them.</li><li>Sales Experience: Whether you're experienced in insurance or another sales field, we’re looking for someone with a passion for sales and helping people find the best insurance solutions.</li><li>Self-Starter with Team Mindset: You should be motivated to achieve your sales goals, but also someone who enjoys collaborating with others in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Strong Communicator: You'll need excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and explain insurance products in an easy-to-understand way.</li><li>Networking Enthusiast: If you enjoy connecting with others and building relationships, you’ll thrive in this role.
