Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where you will play a key role in supporting customer interaction and driving satisfaction across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and attend inbound calls to/from customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.

  • Promote products or services as per campaign requirements.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers at all times.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).

  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and work effectively under pressure.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work processes.

Experience:

  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales support.

  • Prior experience in voice-based BPO or call center is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time

  • Flexible shifts: Morning / Evening / Rotational (Depending on process requirements)

  • 6 Days Working (1 Weekday Off)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of customer support principles and CRM tools.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Fast learner and excellent team player.

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
