Job Summary:
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in the NGO sector. As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of human resources activities, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing, and coordinate effective onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships between staff and management.
Performance Management: Assist in managing performance appraisals, provide coaching for managers, and support in employee development planning.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and ensure continuous professional development for employees.
