Human Resources Business Partner - Strategy & Policy

Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a professional who excels in HR strategy development, policy implementation, and aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness, foster a strong company culture, and support talent management initiatives. This is a high-impact role that will require both a strategic mindset and hands-on HR expertise to ensure our people policies and practices are aligned with the companys vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys growth, culture, and business goals.

  • Advise senior management on HR policies, procedures, and practices to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

  • Foster a collaborative relationship with leadership to influence decision-making and enhance organizational performance.

  • Oversee talent management processes, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

  • Conduct analysis and report on HR metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

  • Support organizational change initiatives, guiding leaders through transitions to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Progressive Technology remains a competitive employer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-focused organization.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment law.

  • Proven experience in working with senior leadership to influence organizational change and enhance business performance.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR metrics and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
