Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance.
Coordinate interviews, schedule candidate assessments, and communicate with applicants.
Assist with new hire orientation and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRIS platforms accurately.
Support the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Organize training and development initiatives, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Handle general employee inquiries and assist in conflict resolution efforts where appropriate.
Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying timekeeping data.
