HR Apprentice - Talent Management and Recruitment Support

Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and driven HR Apprentice to support our Talent Management and Recruitment operations. As an HR Apprentice, you will assist in executing talent acquisition strategies, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to key HR functions that drive our people-first culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and leavers.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and career events.

  • Help organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday

  • 35–40 hours per week

  • Flexibility to support occasional recruitment events or training sessions outside normal hours
