Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused freshers to join our hospitality team as Hospitality Executives. As a Hospitality Executive, you will be the face of the company, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism.

  • Manage front-desk operations including check-in/check-out processes.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and order.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently.

  • Support event setup, conference room bookings, and meeting arrangements.

  • Maintain guest records and prepare daily reports and feedback logs.

  • Address and resolve client complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.

  • Assist in administrative tasks and documentation related to guest services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet usage).

  • Presentable, polite, and proactive attitude.

Experience

  • No prior work experience is required.

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or training experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours

  • 6 days a week | Rotational weekly off

  • Flexible shift timings depending on location and operational needs (Morning/Evening/Night Shifts may apply)
