What Are We Looking For?

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years\' experience as a Hotel General Manager at a property with revenue of $30M+ and 500+ rooms.
  • Proven experience leading transformative operational changes that drive improved bottom-line results, while maintaining competitive RPI performance and exceptional guest experience in dynamic urban markets such as downtown Atlanta.
  • Extensive experience managing group, convention, and corporate business segments to drive occupancy, revenue, and market share in competitive environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
  • Proven experience and passion building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships.

  • Local market experience
