Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, client-savvy Fractional Senior Recruiter to support high-level and hard-to-fill roles on an as-needed basis. This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to engage top-tier talent, and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by results, with a strong sense of urgency and a consultative, sales-minded approach to recruiting. You will partner closely with leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting for critical roles while representing the organization with professionalism, discretion, and precision.

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Proactively source high-caliber talent for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct strategic, high-touch candidate outreach with a consultative and client-savvy approach
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with clear recommendations
  • Drive candidate engagement, address concerns, and effectively close candidates in competitive markets
  • Track requisition progress, pipeline activity, and candidate status with strong attention to detail
  • Provide concise updates and recruiting metrics as requested
  • Respond quickly to urgent or time-sensitive requisitions
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive searches
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with success filling senior-level, executive, or specialized roles
  • Proven ability to manage searches with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong sales and closing mindset, including candidate influence and offer management
  • Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience working remotely/virtually
  • Ability to operate as a 1099 independent contractor on a fractional, as-needed basis
