Enter EY-Parthenon NextGen Women 2026: we’re on a global search for the next generation of women in EY-Parthenon, and you’re invited.

What is this competition about? The EY-Parthenon NextGen Women competition was created for undergraduates, fresh graduates and master’s students as a platform to:

  • Attract the next generation of female EY-Parthenon professionals
  • Reaffirm the growing importance of transactions knowledge in the world of business among university students and graduates
  • Promote the emergence of young talented professionals in the field of transactions, thus fostering an interest and a future career in the profession
This is our 8th year. The first global EY-Parthenon NextGen Women competition was held in London in February 2018 with seven participating countries. Who can apply?
  • Resident in Singapore or international student studying in Singapore
  • Registered as a full-time undergraduate; full-time master’s student; or fresh graduates from the 2026 cohort without formal work experience
  • Open to students across all disciplines except for Medicine, Law and Masters of Business Administration
  • Strong and consistent academic track record
How can I apply? Apply now by submitting your resume and a copy of your university transcript by 24 May 2026 . Applicants will receive a link to complete 2 questions in a video and written form on HireVue. What will happen after I submit my responses? From the submissions received, a pool of finalists will be shortlisted and invited to participate at Singapore’s local EY-Parthenon NextGen Women finals to be held in early Aug 2026.

What is the assessment criteria? On the competition day, the finalists will participate in a variety of activities and be assessed on their analytical ability, presentation skills, teamwork and personal motivation. There will also be a chance to network with our EY-Parthenon professionals to understand the work we do, before or on competition day.

This will end off with the announcement of the top three winners.

What can I win? When you enter the competition, you not only stand a chance to win cash prizes and a job or internship placement with EY member firms. You will also expand your professional network, work alongside with inspiring leaders and build your personal brand.

  • First place: S$3,000 cash prize
  • Second place: S$2,000 cash prize
  • Third place: S$1,000 cash prize
Winners can also look forward to internship offers or priority applications for full-time career opportunities with EY-Parthenon team.
