Progressive Technology is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Specialist to manage and grow our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce channels. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brands online presence, optimizing conversion rates, and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue through our online platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopify).
Develop and execute online sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
Track KPIs including conversion rate, traffic, average order value, and sales funnel metrics.
Monitor competitor activities, trends, and pricing to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Coordinate promotions, flash sales, and online campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Ensure product content (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate and appealing.
