Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and hands-on Electrician Apprentice to join our team and kickstart a rewarding career in the electrical industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

  • Learn and follow safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures

  • Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using hand tools and power tools

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site

  • Troubleshoot electrical problems under supervision

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records

  • Attend scheduled training sessions and complete all apprenticeship program requirements

  • Comply with all OSHA regulations and local/state electrical codes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong interest in electrical systems and a willingness to learn the trade

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments

  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

  • Ability to follow directions and work independently when required

Experience

  • No prior experience required — ideal for entry-level candidates

  • Previous work in construction, maintenance, or manual labor is a plus

  • On-the-job training will be provided by certified professionals

Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may vary based on project needs)

  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
