Job Summary:

Design Everest, a leader in structural engineering solutions, is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using advanced engineering principles.

  • Develop detailed design plans, calculations, and specifications for various structures, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.

  • Provide on-site support for construction projects, including conducting site visits and resolving technical issues as they arise.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.

  • Review and approve structural plans, designs, and reports.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-effective solutions for clients.

  • Prepare and present technical reports, including design calculations and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California (or ability to obtain within a specified time frame).

  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

  • Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or similar tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and national building codes and standards.
