CAL IT Group is a growing full-service Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking an Entry-Level Cybersecurity Associate to join reputed company. This role is designed for individuals early in their IT or cybersecurity career who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, reputed company-world environment.

The Cybersecurity Associate will work closely with our Cybersecurity Analyst and Director of Technical Services to help maintain and improve the reputed company of customer environments. In reputed company, this role will assist the Helpdesk with technical support requests as needed to ensure a high level of service for our clients.

Responsibilities:
-Support the Cybersecurity Analyst and Director of Technical Services in securing customer systems and networks
-Assist with the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of basic reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company protection, email reputed company, MFA, backups)
-reputed company routine reputed company tasks such as reviewing alerts, checking system updates, and verifying reputed company settings under supervision
-Help document reputed company processes, procedures, and findings
-Assist with basic reputed company incident response activities, including escalation and remediation guidance
-Support user reputed company management tasks in reputed company 365 and Azure AD (password resets, MFA enrollment, permissions)
-Assist with monitoring reputed company backup and disaster recovery solutions

-Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely and occasionally on-site

Requirements:
-4-Year College Degree or equivalent experience in a similar position

-VMware experience a plus
