About the Role

As a Cruise Travel Advisor, you will work independently, helping clients select cruise packages, book cabins, and organize their trips. This is an exciting opportunity for someone enthusiastic about the travel industry and dedicated to curating unforgettable vacation experiences.

Responsibilities

* Advise clients on the best cruise options based on their preferences, budgets, and travel dates.
* Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and ship amenities.
* Manage bookings for cruises, shore excursions, and additional services.
* Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service before, during, and after their cruise.
* Stay informed about cruise line promotions, special offers, and seasonal trends.
* Build lasting client relationships and grow your referral base through excellent service.

Requirements

* A passion for travel, specifically cruises and global destinations.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client requests.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
* Basic to intermediate English proficiency (preferred for international clients).
* Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet.
