Facilitate and collaborate with subject matter experts and work teams that define how the system-wide Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other electronic systems will function to effectively support JHS clinical and business processes.<br /> <br /> </span></p><p><b style="color:rgb( 0 , 112 , 192 );font-size:12pt">Responsibilities</b><br /> </p><p></p><ul><li>Guide subject matter experts (SME) in achieving successful outcomes through structured problem solving and implementation of recommendation. </li><li>Promote a strategy of standardization and optimization of quality, safety and cost efficiency by communication and identification of problem areas that require attention, and report to appropriate supervisor or administrative staff. </li><li>Serve as knowledge expert on use of Clinical and/or Business System workflows and design methodologies by participating in committees and workgroups as assigned. </li><li>Serve as a conduit between IT and Clinical and/or Business System Teams and work collaboratively in efforts to effectively use systems and maximize their adoption and optimization. </li><li>Shadow end-users to understand workflow and find areas of inefficiencies. </li><li>Attend regularly scheduled meetings; actively participate and arrive to all meetings on time. </li><li>Develop and provide presentations that support system implementation and increase of system adoption and optimization. </li><li>Perform knowledge transfer of pertinent information to staff using an approved communication method.
