We are a team of 3 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! This is more than an E-Commerce Project & Business Development Manager role — it’s a position in which you’ll have the opportunity to share your skills and contribute to the development of Breitling’s E-Commerce activities.

  • Your contribution:
  • You will support the implementation of the e-commerce strategy across markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • You will oversee and identify opportunities to drive online business performance and support initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • You will propose and implement new ideas to improve existing e-commerce processes, tools, and customer experience.
  • You will act as a key connector between markets and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective follow-up on ongoing projects.
  • You will lead end-to-end global website launches, from brand definition and positioning through go-live and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with business strategy, luxury standards, and commercial objectives.
  • You will establish and govern structured launch frameworks, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery while standardizing scalable best practices for new brand global website rollouts.
  • You will drive seamless cross-functional collaboration across development, branding, product, legal, IT, logistics, and operations to ensure full operational readiness at launch.
  • You will oversee operational integration at go-live with the local ecommerce managers, aligning website functionality with order fulfillment processes, stock management, payment systems, fraud controls, and customer communications flows.
  • You will lead final design validation and executive approvals, partnering closely with C-level stakeholders to ensure the digital experience reflects the brand vision and delivers a premium customer journey.
  • You will implement post-launch performance optimization strategies, leveraging data insights to improve conversion rates, customer experience, site performance, and revenue growth.

  • You will fit perfectly into our team if:
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You possess a strong analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to interpret data and monitor project results.
  • You present experience in e-commerce management, digital operations, or business development, ideally within retail, luxury, or fashion (mandatory requirement).
  • You are at ease with digital and business tools, such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, SAP, PBI.
  • You showcase confirmed strong digital project management experience across internal and external teams .
  • You are experienced with CMS systems and UX/UI best practices.
  • You are comfortable with navigating a dynamic and demanding environment, requiring strong organization, resilience, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages like French or German are a plus but not mandatory.
