Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Squarespace web designer to build a sleek, professional 2-to-3 page website for Community Impact Strategies, a Maryland-based community affairs, relations, and development firm.

Our core focus is bridging gaps between local governments, corporate developers, and grassroots leaders to drive equitable community outcomes.

Our key service areas include:

CBO & CDC Partnerships: Partnering directly with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Community Development Corporations (CDCs) on community development projects, local alignment, and resource advocacy.

Public Outreach & Community Engagement: Organizing public workshops, town halls, digital surveys, and providing actionable feedback data to local governments.

Corporate & Project Support: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental & Social Responsibility (ESR), corporate risk mitigation, and structuring Community Benefit Agreements (CBAs) / MOUs.
