We're looking for experienced Bilingual VIP Revenue & Retention Specialists who thrive in consultative sales and customer retention. In this role, you'll work with customers interested in premium-quality vitamins, nutritional supplements, and wellness products, helping them find the solutions that best fit their health and wellness goals. What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls from individuals considering cancelling or modifying their orders. Build genuine rapport and create positive customer experiences. Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs and wellness goals. Recommend the most suitable vitamins, nutritional supplements, and wellness products. Retain customers through personalized solutions, product education, discounts, and flexible options. Cross-sell and upsell products that provide additional value. Make outbound follow-up calls to reconnect with previous customers and generate new sales opportunities. Manage a pipeline of callbacks and follow-up leads. Adapt your communication style to different customer personalities. Accurately document customer interactions using CRM software. Meet and exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer retention, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling vitamins, nutritional supplements, wellness products, or other health-related products. Experience handling inbound retention or cancellation calls. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. Background in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer sales is an advantage.
