Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Auxiliar de Processos Administrativos (Administrative Process Assistant) to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in supporting our administrative operations by ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate execution of daily business processes. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, process follow-ups, data management, and provide administrative support to various departments, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and monitoring administrative processes and workflows to ensure timely completion.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation related to administrative procedures and company records.

  • Support internal teams by coordinating communication and facilitating process updates.

  • Input and verify data accuracy within company systems and databases.

  • Follow up on pending tasks and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.

  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and preparation of administrative materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and compliance.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related fields is a plus.

Experience
