Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced automotive technicians in diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles.

  • Learn to conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.

  • Support with engine performance checks, electrical diagnostics, and part replacements under supervision.

  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.

  • Follow established safety protocols and workshop cleanliness standards.

  • Attend training sessions and complete educational modules to advance through the apprenticeship program.

  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding vehicle concerns and effectively communicating findings.

  • Participate in periodic assessments and feedback sessions to monitor progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • A strong interest in automotive technology and repair.
