This leader will take charge of coordinating all aspects of the healthcare groups responsible for clinical quality, virtual care delivery, and program implementation. These programs include telemedicine, triage, and emerging virtual care offerings. You will develop scalable virtual plans for medical operational excellence. These strategies will align with business priorities, clinical excellence, customer experience, and team member engagement. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable medical operations strategies that support balanced growth and excellence in patient care.
