Analista de Marketplace - Amazon/B2W (Remoto)

Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketplace Analyst to support the operational and strategic management of our seller accounts on key e-commerce platforms, primarily Amazon and B2W (Americanas, Submarino, Shoptime). This is a remote role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and are passionate about optimizing online sales and performance through deep insights, category analysis, and tactical execution. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketplace strategies and maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily sales, product listings, pricing, and performance metrics across Amazon and B2W platforms.

  • Coordinate product uploads, inventory synchronization, and order flow with internal operations teams.

  • Perform competitor analysis and suggest pricing strategies to stay competitive and improve visibility.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for inventory, sales performance, and advertising ROI.

  • Optimize product listings using SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and conversion-enhancing content.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (logistics, marketing, product) and external partners to ensure seamless marketplace operations.

  • Resolve listing issues, customer complaints, and performance flags within SLA.

  • Track promotional activities and campaign success, providing improvement recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with each marketplaces rules, policies, and service level expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in e-commerce, digital retail, or marketplace management.

  • Proven experience managing seller accounts or digital catalogs on platforms like Amazon and B2W (Americanas, Submarino).

  • Experience using tools such as Seller Central, B2W Marketplace, Linx, Bling, Tiny, or other ERP/integration platforms is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Brazil Standard Time)
