THE ROLE

Affiliate marketing is the engine behind NoGigiddy's growth — and we need someone sharp to help run it. As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you'll manage our partner relationships, track performance across CPA networks, and help optimize campaigns that drive real results. No degree required — just a hunger to learn the business of online marketing and a sharp eye for what's working.

• RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners• Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI• Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need• Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review• Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns• Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks• Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks• REQUIREMENTS• No degree required• Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is a plus — but we'll train the right person• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards• Clear written communication — you'll interface with external partners regularly• Self-starter who can prioritize independently without constant oversight• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace• BENEFITS• Hourly pay of $18–$26/hr• Fully remote position• Hands-on training in CPA marketing and affiliate management• Front-row seat to how a fast-growing digital platform is built• Growth path into senior affiliate or partnerships roles• Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network
